InspectMaster includes a pull-up Notes and Codes section that allows you to 'pin' notes and codes to those components or narratives where you choose to place them. This provides the user with a convenient way to check for code violations, product recalls, etc.

The easiest way to insert this information is to insert images of existing code book pages or other information you already own or wish to purchase. You can use a scanner to scan the information, or, if you have information you wish to 'pull' off the internet, you can drag and drop the material to your desktop. If is not in the proper format, you can use the built-in image capture programs included in the Windows and Mac OS X operating systems, or purchase a professional software program that best suits your needs.

Save the images as .png, .gif or .jpeg files. Then simply click the 'Insert Picture' button and choose the image file from its location. That's it.

To copy text just copy and paste it directly into the window. Some reformatting is often needed.
